I just separated everything from each other. The primary motivation was to split the Jetstream Ingestion from the api server, since they'll be talking through a DB. I tried to not add any new features, but the refactor touched the entire codebase and ended up significantly changing how some repos looked to achieve feature parity. I intend to squash the commits before merging
